Taking a pencil and paper approach, our highly skilled engineers create bespoke designs meeting exact operational requirements.

THE TIGER WAY.

Tiger Trailers approaches things very differently to the rest of the industry and puts continuous consultation with the customer at the heart of the process.

Step 1

Tiger visits the customer

Tiger Trailers believes the best way to assess a customer’s requirements is to review their current logistics operation in detail in order to provide a complete design solution.

Step 2

Tiger designs the solution

Following the Tiger team’s visit to the customer’s site, specifications along with an outline sales drawing are provided to establish Tiger’s proposal to the customer.

Step 3

Collaborative consultation

Customers are invited to view 3D models of Tiger’s design proposals, created in powerful SolidWorks 3D design software and harnessing Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) technology.

Step 4

Mid-contract visits

Tiger welcomes customers at key stages, providing the opportunity to evaluate progress in the factory environment, discuss the project with our teams, and plan potential future builds.

Step 5

Showoom handover of first-off

Every customer is invited to the factory for the handover of their completed order, viewing the finished product in detail in our showroom and receiving initial training.

Step 6

Product training

As a Tiger customer, you will then receive detailed PDF and sometimes video training material on using the product(s) you have received from us, and our aftercare team are always on hand to answer any ongoing questions you might have.

Step 7

Aftercare

Customers can be confident of ongoing support through the dedicated aftersales service, Tiger 24/7, covering warranty, parts, servicing, repairs and training across the UK and Europe.
