Technical Support Administrator // Aftercare team
Tell us about your background
I’ve lived in the UK for over 10 years but am quite new in the road transport industry. Before joining Tiger Trailers’ team, I worked at Bentley Motors in nearby Crewe, initially on production and then more recently as a transport administrator, making sure deliveries ran smoothly.
What is your role at Tiger?
I am a technical support admin and handle warranty claims and repairs, and support all administration duties as part of the Aftercare team. My responsibilities are varied, which keeps my role interesting. Also, the atmosphere in an office is important to me, and at Tiger I find it very welcoming. After a year with the company, I am still full of enjoyment coming to work instead of feeling like it’s just an adult responsibility.
